The only way Carol Krauss could be intrigued by color fine art photography was in a boat. The fluidity of the water, boats, blades, and bodies created a blur of unexpected and intense color.
Now, hooked on motion, she loves to discover the unexpected on the water. Still very much based in traditional photography, her images are captured digitally but the only manipulation is similar to what is possible in a darkroom. What you see is what the camera saw, despite the fact that the enlargements look like pastels.
Her fine art color prints are all archival inkjet pigment prints on the finest watercolor papers archivally matted and framed and are available in various sizes up to 20”x30” image size.
Most of these images are available for commercial or editorial use. Contact the artist
